I par-boil all my Armillarias (honeys) before either preparing or freezing. Some people are made ill by eating these, but par-boiling may remove some/most of the toxin. I have heard three first-hand accounts of Armillaria-induced sickness, and in all three cases the mushrooms were not par-boiled. Also, long slow cooking (after par-boiling) helps to reduce the slime on the caps. 

These look like Armillaria mellea.
