Thanks again for your help! Good to know they aren't edible since there were hundreds of them on the trail and I didn't pick any...)))

Wow, so interesting! They looked poisonous to me.) Anyways foraging is illegal in Glacier but if I'll see them somewhere else will try them. Thank you!
-
Do you mean they are edible?
-
Howard, thank you! Will do some research on Clavariadelphus!
-
Thank you guys, they all were at the same location, it was a long very steep hiking trail so the elevation was different. Some spots were damp some dry. May be that's why the mushrooms look different. Thanks!

Last week we went to Glacier National Park. NW Montana, coniferous forest. These mushrooms were actually bright orange, they look much paler in my pictures. What that would be? Thank you!

The Mushroom Whisperer, thank you for your response! I'd just googled Subalpine Waxycap, and everything matches. It fruits under or near snowbanks, and there was snow around. Rocky Mountains to Pacific Northwest, spring and summer. Thanks!

Hi guys! Found them in eastern Oregon, in the mountains at around 5000 feet, in a coniferous forest. They were growing under the giant fir. Spore print is white. Thanks!

Thank you Dave, I'll try spore prints.

Wow, very pretty! Definitely lobster!

Found these guys today in Idaho forest. Grow in sandy soil under pines. Google says could be golden-gilled boletes. What do you think?

Thank you, Dave!

Well, if there is more I can't get there.) They were growing on the top of the mountain where we went on the weekend...

Vitog and Dave, thanks! I tried to get a spore print from the white one, had half of its cap on white paper, the other half on black the whole day. Nothing came out of it...(

Hi guys Found these two in the Northern Cascades, Washington state. It is snowing here, the mushrooms were frozen so I wasn't sure if spore print would work. So I didn't even try to take it...) 1. ~ 2. Pine and fir forest. Thank you!

Dave, thank you again! My dark grey bolete looks just like the ones from Mushroom Observer.

Dave, thank you so much! Yes, the white mushrooms were growing on coniferous wood. I guessed they were Angel Wings but wasn't sure. The orange one I thought was a candy cap. The dark one was some kind of bolete. The last ones did have latex when I cut them.
