One difference between Pstahyrella and Agrocybe is that Psathyrella mushrooms are much more fragile/crumbly. Spore print colors are also different for the two genera; Psathyrella prints are dark purplish-brown (or pink for the P. conissans types). Agrocybe mushrooms have cigar-brown prints, no purple tint.
