Looks like a species of Cortinarius, or possibly Hebeloma. Another possibility for the genus is Inocybe. Spore print color? Sometimes it's necessary to use a microscope to make this distinction. 

I think the bluish tinge seen in the one photo may be a function of lighting. Looks like an indoor photo taken in low light. Note how the background also looks bluish.
