Hello folks, brand new to this site, never really been on forums before but I figured might as well. I’ve been a chef for 25 years and foraging for about 15. I’m going to use this thread to document my seasonal finds from the forest.Here’s a massive photo dump of my findings this years so far. I’m going to keep this thread to mostly edible and medicinal mushrooms I think. TheOnly ones I don’t eat on this post is the false morel and amanita but they look so cool!!!Cheers!
