I found these growing on a stump in the woods in upstate NY. Wondering if they are honey mushrooms?

We found these in predominantly Hemlock woods in the Hudson Valley region of New York. They are growing on a stump that may be hardwood? I’m pretty new to mushroom identification - do these look like honey mushrooms? Thanks!

These are growing on a log in the woods in the Hudson Valley in New York State. Not exactly sure what kind of log it is, could be oak. They looks like chicken of the woods to me but aren’t growing in a big layered bunch so I’m not sure. Any opinions? Thanks!!
