found these under our pine trees strange that they look so different, can anyone identify them pls.

Well, the red ones and the cream ones are Russula sp., and the brown ones look like they might be a type of Suillus, but not sure; would need better pictures.  Although the cream colored Russulas look like R. cremoricolor, I can't know that for sure and I don't know if they even grow in Lebanon.

Remember, don't eat any mushrooms unless you know 100% they are edible.
