Dude12o
I believe this mushroom is cantharellus cibarius. Let me know if I'm wrong.
Rondayvous
My screen makes the color look orange. Are these orange or yellow?
Dude12o
Slightly orange. I'd say it's more of a golden brown. The only poisonous look alike that I know of is the jack-o'-lantern (Omphalotus olearius), unlike the jack-o'-lantern cantharellus have false gills. vitog
The last picture, showing the gills, looks like Chanterelles to me.
Dave W
Cantharellus cibarius is a European species that does not occur in North America. There are several different species of NA Cantharellus that resemble C. cbarius. The color and general appearance varies somewhat among these NA species. Hygrophoropsis aurantiaca is somewhat similar in appearance to the yellow/orange types of Cantharellus.
Jared
Looks like a species of chanterelle to me, can’t say exactly which species though
