JOHNY Posted August 4, 2020 Report Share Posted August 4, 2020 Lobsters are always dirty. Use a soft bristle too brush and running water to clean them. It is rare for me to find one that does not need to have a bit of soft mushy meat cut away. Cut them up, fry them in butter with a wee bit of salt. Use them in any recipe that calls for mushrooms.
