Dave W Posted April 20, 2020 Report Share Posted April 20, 2020 These look like Panaeolus foenesecii. It would help to see the undersides, and spore print color would also be useful. Take the print on a non-porous pure black surface. (You will see the print more easily on white, but any difference from black is best assessed on a black surface.) Not sure about the global distribution of P. foenisecii. But it's a common species throughout North America.
