Dave W
Currently placed in genus Coprinellus. There are several very similar species that fall under the heading of Coprinellus micaceus. To my knowledge, none are poisonous. One feature of the "Mica Cap" mushrooms is that there are usually tiny glistening grains on the cap surfaces. I don't see this feature here. But, sometimes the grains get washed off by rainfall.
