Panaeulus cinctulus

Almost looks like them. Pics are hard to tell though. Most I've seen are more brown with very noticeable rings of various shades on the caps though not always. Should have vertical striations down entire stem. Don't go eating those is my advice...

Not much to go on from these photos... no view of undersides, no view of the entire stem, and what views are provided are not well focused. 

But I'd still say these are not Panaeolus cinctulus. This species features caps that develop a brown band along 1/4-1/3 of the cap margin as the cap loses moisture. Interesting because for most hygrophanous mushrooms cap color becomes lighter as moisture evaporates.
