Brennanleroy
These grow in my front yard every year in October/November, beneath an acorn tree. FOLSOM, CA. Are they a type of chanterelle? Thanks, Brennanleroy
svs
No. I can't even say for sure from a picture if you have single or multiple species
CamilleR
I don't see any chanterelles. Probably at least a couple types of gilled mushrooms.
Harold40
No way ... hard to say what you have .... try individual pictures next time very close so we can see top side and gill pattern then group pic.
GCn15
They are not chanterelles. You have multiple species in there by the looks of it. Please read the instructional sticky on how to post up mushrooms because it is almost impossible for us to give a confident ID based on the picture. However, we can with 100% confidence rule out chanterelles of any kind because they are very easy to identify. These mushrooms are not though. Dave W
I see zero chanterelles in this pile of multiple species.
