Jonathan Bulkeley
Just got back from a great forage yesterday and found a load of boletus (Karl Johanssvamp in Sweden) Along the way, we saw as many as 20 different kinds of fungi and I was hoping to get some help IDing them since I'm a bit new to this. Any help is appreciated
brendan
Cool photos, I would recommend starting a different thread for each mushroom, with photos of the gills and the whole stalk etc., as it gets quite confusing discussing multiple species in one thread, and it's hard to ID mushrooms from single photos that don't show all the features. The 4th photo down looks like it could be some kind of Armilaria, or maybe Pholiota, and the 5th down appears to be gem studded puffballs. The one below that is gorgeous but I wouldn't hazard a guess for any but those two, especially since you are on a different continent than I am! Dave W
Some of these photos are really nice. As brendan said, too many types to discuss all at once.
