Renee
Took my breath away. Spore print is a darker brown and there were at least 7. That i could quickly see. A meadow mushroom?
Dig
Where are you located? Agaricus of some type.
Dave W
Not a Horse Mushroom (species of Agaricus from section Arvenses). These types do not have gills that have a pink stage. Also, Horse Mushrooms typically have rings that persist. I think this is probably something similar to A. campestris (Meadow Mushroom). Any odor noted? Renee
Hmmmm a slight earthy smell if anything And mine had a brown spore print
Dave W
Genus Agaricus contains both edible and toxic species. Most of the toxic ones have a chemical/inky/phenol odor, but this is not completely diagnostic as even some species that typically have the odor can lack it. I think the one pictured in the introductory photos is a Meadow Mushroom, but I'm not completely confident.
Renee
I found some more, but with white gills and a white spore print in the same field??
Dig
Then you found a different mushroom, possible a toxic one.
