That would be my guess. Just doing a quick peek, at the site, tonight. Don't have time to give a "researched" answer however they are NOT OYSTERS.

 You replied at the same time. No they don't always glow. I think I've only seen it two or three times.

The "orange spore print" is likely because of the orange liquid that often oozes out of Omphalotus illudens has stained the paper towel. Assuming my suggestion here is correct, this is why I always advise to use non-porous/non-absorbent surface for spore printing.

Although I check form time to time, I've actually only seen the glowing jacks once.
