Also, it's a good idea to get a few photos showing the details on only one or a few mushrooms... cap underside, stalk base, etc. Looks like a species of Coprinellus, possibly one of the species in the C. micaceus complex. Can you make out any shiny little grains on the caps? Sometimes the rain washes them off, but when fresh the little shiny grains are an ID feature for these types.
