Looks like a decent match for L. proxima http://www.mushroomexpert.com/laccaria_proxima.html . As is mentioned on MushroomExpert, confidently distinguishing this species from L. laccata is difficult, especially since L. laccata occurs with variable morphology https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laccaria_laccata .
