The shape and wrinkled hymenium (fertile under-surface) remind me of genus Thelephora. But, the only such species that grows on wood is T. cuticularis, and the fruit bodies seen here don't look like this species. So, I think these are some sort of polypore, but nothing comes immediately to mind. 

If I get a better idea, I'll suggest it. For now... I'm stumped by this one!
