Dave W Posted November 18, 2018 Report Share Posted November 18, 2018 This mushroom appears to be well past maturity, and kinda dried/shriveled. So, it's difficult to propose a confident ID. Possibly a species of Armillaria. However, it reminds me of one of the Armillaria species that would ordinarily have a ring on the stalk (as opposed to "ringless honey mushroom", which doesn't have an enlarged/bulbous stalk base).
