The Mushroom Whisperer
I believe Gym's have rusty brown spore prints. Those gills look pretty light, so you may want to try getting a print on black paper, too, in case the print is white.
Scarbro1230
No spore print on white paper so spores must be white. What kind it it then?
GCn15
Have you tried a spore print on dark paper? Could be your cap just didn't drop any spores. Even a white spore print on white paper can usually be seen.
Scarbro1230
The print from the cap I left on the paper the longest had a very faint pinkish color but barely even noticable. Idk I'm at a loss I've made other spore prints just fine but these have me trouble. I didn't have any black paper when I picked them so it's very possible the spores were white
GCn15
Without a positive and clear spore print, it would be tough for anyone here to give a definitive identification unfortunately. Even then, you should not rely on internet id's but use them as a strong indicator of what they might be. No one here wants their ID to end up poisoning someone so you will not get positive IDs except in the most obvious of cases.
Dave W
Probably a species of Gymnopus (definitley not Gymnopilus). Spore prints taken ion paper can be misleading because paper tends to draw moisture out of the mushroom, and this may dampen/darken the paper or perhaps inclde a bit of pigment form the mushroom.
