Found in backyard, what could it be?

Likely one of the following: Panaeolina foenisecii, species of Panaeolus, species of Psathyrella. Photos are a bit unfocused. It would be best to collect/photograph the entire mushroom. Also, spore print color would help. Take the print on both white and black backgrounds (non-porous surfaces).

My guess is Panaeolina foenisecii. Although, there may be types of mushroom that grow in Romania that I never see here in eastern North America.

I think these are Panaeolina foenisecii  http://www.mushroomexpert.com/panaeolus_foenisecii.html . Also called Panaeolus foenisecii and Psathyrella foenisecii. Spore print for this type mushroom is very dark purplish-brown... not quite black. The difference between the dark foenisecii print and black is best seen by viewing a think spore print taken on a black surface. The difference from black is seen as a subtle contrast with the black background.
