Possibilities include the genera Panaeolus, Hypholoma, Psathyrella. Even with a spore print color. it may be necessary to examine microscopic features in order to get a good ID proposal. Dave W Posted March 23, 2018 Report Share Posted March 23, 2018 Just occurred to me... This photo shows a mushroom with a cap that may be deliquescing (dissolving into a dark pasty liquid).
