Dave W
Once again, seeing the stalk base is important when discussing mushoom ID, in particular Amanitas. Maybe an old partially dehydrated A. muscaria var. guessowii...? But, I think I see an appendiculate cap margin, ie. material deposited by the universal veil that clings to and hangs from the cap margin. This trait would suggest section Lepidella. Also, the gills are quite free of the stalk, ie. they do not meet/attach to the stalk. A smooth region appears to separate the ends of the gills from the stalk, which seems unusual for muscaria. But, this one's kinda old-looking, so the gills may have shrunk away from the stalk. My best guess is A. muscaria var. guessowii.
