Help ID I think is Larch Bolete Suillus Grevillei

Could be.  Meets some of the keys of that proposal.  Found under larch trees?

Suillus generally need the cuticle layer on the cap removed and the tubes on older specimens to avoid gastric upset in some. 

The ones i have found, after removing these items, had little left so I don't search for them much anymore.

Agreed, a lot of work for little return.

These don't look like the eastern NA version of S. grevillei that I'm used to. In some cases,  one name is applied to both eastern and western mushroom species... probably incorrectly. Looks like a species of Suillus... and likely edible but not incredible (as David Arora might say). BTW, Arora would be a good source of info regarding the western NA species of Suillus. 

Drying them is an option. The Russians pickle (cold marinate) species of Suillus.
