themess1
I went for a quick walk today, not really looking or thinking I'd find anything. Then I came across a downed Beech loaded with Hericium. Too bad they were past prime.?

Lily
Hi, guys! as long as the fruit body is not turned too dark yellow or brown, they are still good. Wash them good, sautee with colorful sweet pepers, add a little bit Chinese“ thirteen-spices” . It is delicious and it is good for brain nerve! I was Particularly looking for this mushrooms for my mother all summer long, but I didn't find any. The weather was too dry this summer. My mother is suffering from a light senile dementia. Americans call it lion's mane or bear tooth head. Chinese people call it the monkey's head.
