Matt McDermott Posted September 17, 2017 Report Share Posted September 17, 2017 Yes, i would agree to the suillus. Make sure you remove the outer cuticle layer and the pore tubes. I have read they can cause some upset to some. After prepping there is not a Lot left, these being thin fleshed to start with. I cooked up mine in butter with some shrimp and they were nice. As Matt mentioned, try to remove the cap surface if it's slimy, it doesn't always comes off easily.
