Are these Shaggy Manes?

Pan fried some a couple days ago (first time tryin' them). They brown up nice and crispy (not bland). Just picked some more and gonna pan fry, add a little Marsala, when reduced add a little flour (brown), add a little chicken stock. Venison burgers with mushroom sauce!  I'll let you know how it turns out.

Could have turned out better. Put too many in the pan. They were already damp from the rain and ended with too much liquid with no browning. Still their characteristic flavor held up to the abuse. I think they have potential. Gonna keep them on my list!
