vitog Posted October 20, 2016 Report Share Posted October 20, 2016 I agree that they look like Suillus americanus; but I don't have personal experience with this species, since it doesn't seem to be common in the Pacific Northwest. However, I have tried some similar Suillus types, and find them tasteless, soft, and slimy. You can read what Tom Volk says about them on his Website.
