Central Georgia Identifications Please?

Photos need to be more clear in order to have a reasonable discussion about the identities of these mushrooms. But, from what I can see, it looks like the one in the top photo is a different species from the one in the bottom photo. I'm basing this on the colors of the gills... white in the top photo and (I think) very dark in the bottom photo. Also, try to group photos together for mushrooms that you think may be the same type.

Discussion of toxicity of the mushrooms is impossible without having a better idea about the (different) species represented.
