brunafish Posted August 30, 2022 Report Share Posted August 30, 2022 I have had very good luck with freezing raw chanterelles using a Foodsaver-type vacuum sealer. Can't tell the difference when cooked properly. Good idea to freeze them for 60 minutes prior to vacuuming the bags to eliminate the liquid preventing a good seal.
