brianf
http://www.nnepc.org/regional-news/dont-trifle-with-a-pigskin-poison-puffball A couple of years ago when the cooking tv shows spawned that wave of wild food lovers, this mushroom caused a little chaos up here. I'm semi grateful because I do not believe it caused any deaths under any circumstance and it stopped a ton of people from further exploring mushroom hunting and blowing up my spots! brianf
You're very welcome. Best to keep things simple and pick only things you know with 100 percent certainty whilst attempting to ID and understand the mushrooms you're not picking. And trust me, I speak from experience. IDing mushrooms is something that requires constant practice and honing. Go too long and you will start to forget LOTS.....and that can happen when you live in a place with an absurb abundance of highly prized edible mushrooms. Feel free to stop by with questions or just with pictures and stories from your hunts any time. Eventually someone on this site with help you out with ID. Username DaveW is especially good with IDs so he will most likely to be able to at least point you in the right direction, if not give you a pretty positive ID.
