Omphalotus Family?

Hey everyone! I found a mushroom last year and now a friend found what I believe its the same. It seems to be a Omphalotus but when I try to find the species, the characteristics don’t match. Can someone help me ID this one?

Also, compare with Hohenbuehelia petaloides. The color --brownish/orangey gills-- seems wrong for this species. But, I don't see stalks. Also, the gill edges appear to be fringed.
