First for id help in Kansas

This is my first request for id assistance for a mushroom. I am from central Kansas. I live on a forested property and we have had a great deal of rain the last few weeks. I am seeing fungi in places not seen for many years. I am attaching photos I took yesterday of this brown mushroom that I found in a heavily shaded area under a tree in compost and decomposing leaves. My interest was peaked because it is brown. I am used to seeing lots of white mushrooms after a rain. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Need to see photos of the underside of the cap, and the base of the stalk.

I'm pretty certain this is a gilled mushroom. After this it's guesswork. Agrocybe maybe?
