Amanita muscaria?

I found a mushroom that looks a lot like amanita muscaria. However there are no scales on the top only a few small ones i think on the side. I am looking for someone who might be able to identify? Thank you so much for your help in advance

dont think so, we should have seen the base of the stem to have a complete view of the mushroom
