D'day!
I am in fact French and have been living in Australia for 6 years now.
In France, mushrooming was one of our autumnal family outings and all of us have fond memories of these moments.
In my new life in Australia, I have delved into the local mushroom books and started hunting species that arrived here in the roots of the pine trees that were imported, like the slippery jacks or the saffron milk cap.
I love the outdoors and love cooking with mushrooms, plus foraging may come in handy very soon...
