Dave W Posted January 1, 2015 Report Posted January 1, 2015 Tubaria furfuracea. It's very common to see both brown and white capped specimens together. The caps are brown when moist and fade as they lose moisture. A common winter wood-chip mushroom. The ones seen directly below were photographed in NE PA 12-26-11.
