Dave W Posted December 31, 2014 Report Posted December 31, 2014 This is something I've never seen first-hand. But I did find a possibility in the book "Ascomycete Fungi of NA." Genus Choiromyces. Species pictured in the book is C. meandriformis. Listed as a low-elevation conifer associate. Looks like a good possibility to me.
