Laccaria Trullisata?

I found these growing in the sandy part of my backyard. They have a mild taste and pleasant smell, but it's hard to define or compare to something else. I'm still taking a spore print, but I think it will be light/white. UPDATE: It is white

That does seem like a good ID.  The roughly textured cap without striations, broad thick deep purple gills, and growth in sand match the species description.  It should have purple coloured mycelium at the base.

Thank you, it does have purple-colored mycelium at the base
