Wanting to meet new cultivators and learn methods for upping production

I have been growing mushrooms for a few years now. When I started, I began large scale magic mushroom farm, but got away from those. Over the last year I have been focused on gourmet mushrooms. I have been running lionsmane, oysters, reishi and a couple other small runs of cordyceps. I want to up my production and begin harvesting more. Is there any advice that people can give me, scale this up? Are bags my best bet to continue to grow in large scale? How are you growing yours? I would love to learn about different teks and methods.
