I cook a lot with mushrooms, especially buttons, king oysters, portabella, sometimes hen of the woods. I'd love to really start foraging soon as there's plenty of woods to do it in where I live. I especially want to start trying morel, as I've spotted them around. Anyways, Hi! Pics are some vegan mushroom cream sauce stuff I made.
