I got table top kits for each of these mushrooms for Christmas.

After the second flush of mushrooms, is there a method of using the block out doors to continue more harvests this year or next?

After the second flush, the nutrients that the mushrooms need are used up from that block.  You’d need to use that block as spawn for other blocks to continue it.

Check the temperature needed for the  poppinos to flush.  If I remember right, they almost need refrigeration to flush

Do you think it would produce again if I buried in a deep pit full of wood chips in a shady location?

Hard to tell if or how long it would take.  Probably depends on the type of chips.  Oak works ok for chestnut but I’m not sure but I think poppino likes poplar. 
 

It wouldn’t hurt to try it.
