Think I have positively Idenitifed the common "meadow Mushroom" - Agaricus Campestris

Found growing in a lawn area, scattered. Pink detached crowded gilles,  Spore print was brown,

Think I'm going to fry one up, apparently these are "choice Edibles"

Just want to run this by the forum as its a new mushroom for me.

I would agree as long as there aren’t any yellow staining and the presence of a chemical smell is absent.
Also,  make sure that pesticides and other poisons are not present.
Agaricus tend to absorb chemicals found in soils

 Choice finds !!!

Another thing to check with genus Agaricus is odor. Some of the toxic species have a chemical/phenol odor. A campestris types have a pleasant mushroomy odor. The ones seen in the photos look like A. campestris.

Agaricus mushrooms have free gills. "Detached" means something subtly different... previously attached but having broken away. This is also called "seceding."
