Alig
Growing on conifers in northern Arizona around 8,000 feet.
Dave W
Pleurotus species (Oyster Mushrooms) generally do not grow on conifer wood. The thick stems seen in the photo don't look right for Pleurotus, and neither do the very tightly-spaced gills. I don't have an ID proposal for these. Alig
Thought more pics might help. They are past their prime and definitely had some white grubs. I really can't imagine what else they would be?
Dave W
I don't have an alternate proposal. The more recent pics do look more like Pleurotus. I have heard they do rarely grow on conifer wood.
