Bag of Reishi ready to go, now what?

I grew some reishi in a sandwich bag of boiled hard maple. How do I get it to fruit? It looks ready. Do they need specific wavelengths of light, or how much airflow should I let it have? Should I set it outside when it gets consistently foggy, and should it be kept in the fridge in the mean time?
