Dave W Posted August 10, 2022 Report Share Posted August 10, 2022 I'm pretty sure this mushroom represents a species of Cortinarius. The views of the underside and stalk apex are not quite clear enough to claim with certainty, but there appears to be some rusty deposits from a collapsed cortina that has caught some dropping spores.
