These look like a type of Suillus, but I don't recognize the species. My guess is there was a coniferous tree nearby. Probably a type of pine.

You need to be careful about collecting mushrooms from a golf course, as they use a lot of chemicals on golf courses and these mushrooms could easily have absorbed them.

Yup, looks like a Suillus. I would hazard Suillus Variegatus, but there are other similar ones. As ladyflyfsh says: I would not eat any mushrooms from a Golf Course, too much fertilisers, recycled water and pesticides for my taste...
