Sulfur Tufts?

I think these are Hypholoma lateritium. The brick-colored caps and fairly persistent white/fibrillose partial veil seen on the one unexpanded cap (and forming a ring on several others) support this ID proposal. But, as suggested by posing the initial question "Sulphur Tufts?", similarity to H. fasciculare gives cause to doubt ultimate confidence.
