rbenn
Kind of looks like Boletus pseudosensibilis. Where was it found? How does it smell?
Indigo
It was found in a hardwoods forest, and they smell nice and mushroomy.
Dave W
Small stature and large irregularly-shaped pores that are "stretched out" and notched where they attach to the stalk point toward Hortiboletus (or maybe Xerocomellus). Mushroom Expert lists H. harrisonii as being in genus Boletus. http://www.mushroomexpert.com/boletus_harrisonii.html
