A few years ago I found a Miatake in the woods, wow was it great. Last year I found a few oyster mushrooms on a few dead ash trees but this year. Holy Smoke!!! What an Oyster harvest!!! Picked @ 25 lbs yesterday and there must be at least that many still out there. Joined your site to learn more about this great food.
